Our History:

Marshall D. Campbell, CPA. PC. was created in 1994 to serve local area businesses and taxpayers in the Richmond, Virginia area with tax, accounting, and payroll needs.

In November 1999, we decided to create an Internet Tax Community: a place where anyone in the country could prepare their own tax returns or obtain tax preparation services, a place where, hopefully taxes wouldn't be such a painful experience.  Thus 1040Form.com was created, as the internet tax division of Marshall D. Campbell, CPA., PC. to serve the internet public with an online tax preparation center and tax community.

Our Pledge:

All of us at 1040Form.com pledge to provide the best possible service to all of our clients in the most efficient way possible.  We continue to strive to bring you the best tax service offered on the Internet today.   We do this by continuously updating our site with the latest relevant tax information to our clients, providing the finest tax educational products available on the market today, and offering our clients the most thorough tax preparation and tax filing services like the new IRS efile system.
